We are thrilled to share the success story of the Canadian Nurses Association (CNA) as published in the case study by Sitecore, the global leader in experience management software.
CNA is the national professional voice of Canadian nursing, representing 139,000 registered nurses (RNs) in Canada and providing nationally recognized RN certifications in 21 practice specialties. They wanted to improve user experience by simplifying membership sign-up and certification processes, thereby increasing membership and reducing IT complexity and costs.
We have worked with CNA to help them get the most of Sitecore, and the results were a 30% increase in conversions, 65% decrease in calls and emails to the service center, and over 50% decrease in related IT costs.
