Sitecore philosophy

200+ Sitecore projects. MVPs on staff. A track record that includes Porsche, L'Oréal, CMHC, and the American Bankers Association. TechGuilds has delivered Sitecore across some of the world's most demanding digital environments, and we've built Kajoo.ai to do it faster than any traditional agency model can match.

With SitecoreAI, Sitecore has unified what used to require multiple products into a single AI-native workspace: content management, real-time customer data, personalization, experimentation, and AI-powered authoring, together for the first time. We've been here for every major Sitecore transition, and we know how to help organizations navigate this one.

Why TechGuilds

Track Record

We've been here for every kind of Sitecore project there is.

We've delivered Sitecore across associations, government agencies, financial institutions, automotive brands, healthcare organizations, and global retailers. That breadth means we've encountered the edge cases, the legacy integration challenges, and the governance constraints that only show up in complex, real-world environments, and we know how to navigate them without derailing a program.

Kajoo.ai

The delivery advantage no other Sitecore partner has.

Kajoo.ai is TechGuilds' proprietary AI Delivery Pod, purpose-built for DXP projects. On Sitecore migrations, it automates content transformation and schema mapping at scale, enforces Human-in-the-Loop governance checkpoints, and provides real-time observability across the program. On the Porsche engagement, Kajoo migrated 3,000+ forms from Sitecore XP Forms to SitecoreAI Forms, overcoming the absence of public Forms creation APIs by safely engineering access to internal platform APIs, delivering 10x program velocity. That's not a feature preview. It's a production track record.

Senior Team

The people who scope your project are the people who deliver it.

Our MVPs and certified Sitecore developers are on your project, not in a management layer above it. The people who scoped your engagement are the people delivering it. That's not a common model in this industry, and it's why our clients expand their programs rather than re-procure. One member of our team, Andy Cohen, spent years at Sitecore as part of the core team that designed and built SitecoreAI (previously XM Cloud) — a direct line to how the platform was architected and where the roadmap is heading.

What We Deliver

Every stage of the Sitecore lifecycle, under one roof.

From first build to long-term platform stewardship, TechGuilds covers the full Sitecore engagement lifecycle. Whether you're starting fresh, modernizing a legacy environment, troubleshooting something that isn't performing the way it should, or looking for a team to keep it healthy and improving over time, this is the work we do.

Sitecore implementation

We build on SitecoreAI from the ground up: architecture, technical design, component development, integrations, and launch. What sets our implementations apart is not the technology stack we use; it's the judgment we bring to the decisions that shape your platform for the next five years. How content is modelled. Where personalization logic lives. What your authoring experience actually feels like when marketers are using it daily. These are the decisions that determine whether your investment pays off. Every engagement is led by the senior practitioners who scoped it. There is no handoff to a delivery team.

Migrations from Sitecore XP

Moving from on-premise XP or XM to SitecoreAI involves more than relocating content. Content schemas, component architecture, authoring workflows, and integration patterns all need to land correctly in the new environment. We manage that complexity end-to-end, accelerating the transformation through Kajoo Agentic, our proprietary AI platform, which handles content processing, schema mapping, and component conversion at scale, with human review built into every stage. On our Porsche engagement, this approach migrated 3,000+ forms and delivered 10x program velocity. We bring benchmarks like these to every migration we run.

Sitecore audit

If your Sitecore environment has accumulated technical debt, performance issues, or authoring friction that nobody can fully explain, this is where we start. We conduct a structured review across architecture, code quality, CI/CD practices, content authoring experience, performance, and security posture. You receive a ranked findings report: severity and business impact for each issue, with specific remediation guidance. No generic recommendations. Some clients act on it internally. Others move into Super Care and work through it with us. Either outcome is fine. You leave with a clear picture of what is wrong and what it actually costs to fix.

FAQ

Common questions

What Sitecore products do you implement and support?

We work across the full SitecoreAI platform: the CMS (formerly XM Cloud), Digital Asset Management, Content Hub, Agentic Studio, OrderCloud commerce, and Sitecore Send. We also support clients still running Sitecore XP or XM on-premise, and we have a clear point of view on when it makes sense to stay put versus plan a path to cloud.

What is SitecoreAI and how is it different from XM Cloud?

SitecoreAI is the platform XM Cloud became. In November 2025, Sitecore retired the XM Cloud name and consolidated the CMS, DAM, personalization, and a new Agentic Studio into one cloud-native platform. If you are already on XM Cloud, you are already on SitecoreAI. If you are still on XP or XM on-premise, that is a genuine migration project and a different conversation.

What does Kajoo.ai actually do on a Sitecore engagement?

Kajoo is our proprietary AI tool built to automate the mechanical work in a Sitecore migration: migrating layouts, converting components to headless, rebuilding page and branch templates, and moving content at scale. Our certified developers handle the work that requires judgment. The result is a migration that typically runs 30 to 40 percent faster and cheaper than a traditional approach, without compromising code quality.

Are your Sitecore practitioners certified?

Yes. We have 10 certified Sitecore practitioners across development, architecture, and strategy. Certification is a baseline for us, not a badge. It shapes how our team thinks about composable design patterns and platform best practices. We keep certifications current as the platform evolves, which matters now that Sitecore ships significant changes on a continuous delivery cadence.

How does Super Care™ work for Sitecore clients?

Super Care™ is closer to a retained extension of your team than a ticketing system. It combines reactive support with continuous development, UX enhancements, and strategic advisory in one program. We track ticket patterns, share trend-based reporting, and build a client-specific knowledge base over time, so the cost of ownership goes down the longer we work together.

We had a Sitecore implementation a few years ago and something feels off. Where do we start?

A Sitecore audit. For on-premise XP and XM environments, we look at Helix architecture alignment, code quality, CI/CD practices, authoring experience, performance, and security, then hand you a report ranked by severity and business impact. Some clients take it and run internally; others move into Super Care™ to work through it with us. Either way, you leave knowing exactly what is wrong and what fixing it actually costs.
