Challenge
Foresters needed to modernize their digital infrastructure to support personalized customer experiences at scale. Their content team lacked the tools and training to fully leverage Sitecore, and customers had limited self-serve access to fund and insurance information. Finding an advisor — a critical conversion action — was friction-heavy and unsophisticated.
Approach
Coveo-powered advisor search
Built a customized "Find an Advisor" tool using Coveo Cloud Enterprise, enabling searches by advisor name, postal code, and relevant facets. Customers can now locate the right advisor with significantly less friction.
Sitecore Email Experience Manager
Migrated Foresters from Outlook-based email communications to EXM for fully personalized campaigns. Delivered modular, branded email templates with flexible landing page functionality — and team training so Foresters could own the tooling long-term.
Helix architecture and personalization
Applied Helix best practices throughout to create a modular, component-based architecture. Built a custom Sitecore rules framework enabling personalized experiences driven by customer behaviour and profile data.
